He is an expert in Design of Experiments, Measurement Systems Analysis, Leader Standard Work, Visual Management, implementation of floor level SPC programs, formal CAPA and FMEA programs, daily huddles in manufacturing and laboratory facilities.

Tim supports businesses with their strategy deployment, Kaizen, statistical analysis, ISO certifications, lean training, and 1-on-1 coaching.
Tim earned his BS in Chemistry and Geology at Augustana College and an MS in Chemistry from the University of Montana.
