The Value Stream Management Consortium is a member association for enterprises and individuals working with value stream management practices and platforms. Our purpose is to advance value stream-centric ways of working in technology teams to lead to higher performing organizations.
Our mission is to cultivate and nurture the emerging market for value stream management and to help the community learn, devise practices and standards, and grow through their use.

Our outreach value stream team is accountable for all things membership and marketing. They set the bylaws and the membership benefits and levels and welcome new members on board. They coordinate our marketing efforts and ensure our members have access to the community events and news of most value.
This team leads our research efforts from defining the research initiatives, building the hypotheses and surveys with our professional research partners to collaborating on the data analysis and report writing. Their involvement with the end-to-end process means we have the best chance of answering the questions our membership community wants to ask.
Our learning value stream team is building our portfolio of learning for our members and the value stream management community. They are currently working on our flagship course, Value Stream Management Foundation, which will be released in August 2021, free online to all Value Stream Management Consortium members.
