Nevine Iskandar is a result-driven PeopleCert ITIL Ambassador, a DevOps and Agile Skills Association (DASA) Ambassador, a passionate Service Management Principal Consultant and Transformation Leader known for making things happen. Nevine is also known for her thought leadership, her entrepreneurial mindset, her excellent stakeholder management capabilities, and her pragmatic approach to problem solving.
Nevine has established and has been operating her consulting company ‘E2E ITSM Consulting Pty. Ltd.’ since 2009. She has been mostly operating and delivering ITSM implementation and transformation consulting assignments, and Training since then.
Nevine’s background spans several disciplines including but not limited to Operations management, project management, quality assurance, continual improvement, and organisation management of change, just to name a few.
In addition to her MBA majoring in Operation Management and International Business, Nevine is also an ITIL 4 Managing Professional, a DevOps Leader, and a CMMI for Services (Capability Maturity Model Integration for Service) expert.
