Richard Knaster Chief Scientist VSM and SAFe Fellow

Richard Knaster has 30 years of experience in software and systems development and has led large-scale Agile transformations for over 15 years. He is a SAFe Fellow and previously worked for Scaled Agile as a principal contributor to SAFe, including SAFe 6.0. He co-authors the Amazon Best Selling Book, SAFe® Distilled, and the SAFe® Reference Guide. He is consulting at NTT DATA to share his deep expertise in SAFe, Value Stream Management, and Lean Portfolio Management.
