David Billouz is an ITIL Master with 20+ years of experience in ITSM. He focuses on helping leaders & organizations get value from IT services using value stream thinking. He's worked through many implementations of Service Now, ISO & GDPR compliance, ITIL and PRINCE2, and has trained many practitioners across those domains as well. He recently authored the book ‘ITSM Value Streams’ together with Akshay Anand, Rajiv Dua, and Mark Smalley.
