This is the second year of the report and we are super excited to see and discuss what trends appear in the data.

The purpose of the report is to help the community learn about how people are adopting value stream management practices and what works and doesn't work.

This year we will report on some new topics such as:

• Definitions of lead and cycle time
• What value really means
